Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Flat rate shipping across Australia: $10.00

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.00

  • Delivery times vary depending on location but generally take 3–7 business days.

Local Pickup (if available)

  • Free local pickup is available from an organized area agreed by both seller and buy

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Delays

  • Once your package has been handed to Australia Post we cannot control delays.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at willows.treats1@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help.
